RESOURCE CENTER

PHASE 1 (months 1-4)
This is a loading phase to gather enough money to send in a payment to the creditors in
Phase 2. Clients are provided tools and instruction how to limit collector calls during this period.

*Phase 1 can be paid in one down payment to shorten program length.

Phase 2 (Months 5-18):
This “transitional period” is where the terms and conditions of the creditors are being changed. Clients then simply continue with fourteen monthly payments (determined by the debt amount and number of cards enrolled) in which balances are offset by performance on the new contract. *Clients may fund total resolution amount up front or at any time during the process.
